Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

Database up-grade from 11.2.0.4 to 12.2.0.1

Hi there ,

I am trying to up-grade my second database from 11.2.0.4 to 12.2.0.1 ( first database successfully upgraded). At the very beginning am facing error [DBT 20007] credential are not correct. I have created again  password file and I have tested that I can access by the password from sqldeveloper successfully. Even later I have change the password from the database (kept same). But facing same errors.

I have attached herewith error screenshot   for your convenient.

Please give me your expert suggestion.
