Problem of top alignment for text field in rtf report displayed as PDF

XML (BI) Publisher: amounts are not aligned well in pdf output of .rtf templated Publisher report for certain columns - even Aliogn Top Right is marked for the cell...

I also tried  <xsl:attribute name="vertical-align">text-top</xsl:attribute> to use in cell but it prints it  in the report not seing as a tag...
