Parent Level items in RPM_PROMO_ITEM_LOC_EXPL
In the RPM1602 data model, RPM_PROMO_ITEM_LOC_EXPL.ITEM is "id that uniquely identifies the item on the future retail record. items on the rpm_promo_item_loc_expl table are always transaction level items."
However, in the table, it allows parent level items and even has a CUR_HIER_LEVEL field in the table.
So does this mean that the item in RPM_PROMO_ITEM_LOC_EXPL are not always transaction level items?
