QA Collection result OAF page, dependent column working in standard form ,but not working in oaf pag

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

hi,

we have collection plane defect test cases, we have Collection result form and OAF Page, OAF page is standard Collection only. User are entering data in OAF page only. we want to populate PO Lov column based supplier and supplier site ,Item Column. It working fine  Form , But same column not working in OAF page, it giving error like  java.sql.SQLException: Missing IN or OUT parameter at index:: Please help me.
