Customize The Contract Terms Layout Template

in Lease and Finance Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello

As a requirement we need to customize The Contract Terms Layout Template ( OKCTERMS_en.xsl) to  add a document cover with an image , document title and some fixed text. How can this be done ? It is possible to achive that just editing the xsl file ?
