Does Anyone Use the Document Delivery Preferences In Oracle?

We have tested the Document Delivery Preference options in Oracle for employee W2's.  We have found a couple of issues, and wondered if anyone has encountered them, or found a way to work with them.

Issue 1)  When employees select to not have a printed W2, and then they terminate, no W2 is printed for the terminated employee (regardless of the option used to run the Employee W-2 PDF job).  This seems incorrect.

Issue 2)  When active employees select to not have an Online W2, they cannot see the W2 in Self Service.  This does seem self explanatory, but not sure why anyone would not want the ability to see their W2 online in Self Service.
