Inflation Adjustment date for Argentina Localization

Hi, im working with Inflation Adjustment feature for Argentina Localization. Proces "Latin American General Ledger Inflation Adjustment Report" process is not working as expected.

It is using Inflation Adjustment Date instead of Effective Date.I validated and  Ledger is not setup as Reporting Currency.

Can you help me?
