JDE1: PKG Update Package Deployment Failure B984052.c Tools 9.1.3.3

Hello --

I am trying to deploy a successfully built package.  Last month I successfully deployed a similar package.

This is a version update package (both UBE and IV).

This time, however, I get an error popup: "An error occurred submitting batch R98825D, XJDE0001 to <Application Server>"

In the detailed message, I get:

Error ID: 0002

Description: Record Invalid

At first, I though the issue was a corrupted file.  So I copied B984052.c from PD910.

I still get the same error.  The line in question is a jde error function:
