Sync Pluggable Database via emctl

Hi all,

i have added my CDB database as a target for EM 13c, but when i checked it on the console, i could not not the pluggables database for this CDB. The solution was : with the console, to use "Sync Pluggable Databases".

The note 1912576.1, shows how to sync the pluggable database via emcltl, what i did :  emctl control agent runCollection MY_CDB:oracle_database pdb_config

But i still see no pdb via the EM Console.

What is the equivalent of EM Console "sync the pluggable database" ? in other words, whatis the command line to sync the pluggable database for a container ?
