Shared Services Provisioning Limitation

Hi Guys,

We are currenty having an applicaiton owner team who wants to own the provisioning of users to groups for that particular applicaiton. Is there any way where user will be able to view and modify shared services groups for only that particular applicaiton ?

In the below applicaiton "Directory Manager"  , the users can proviision or deprovision any given applicaiton, we wanted to restrict the user for only 1 particular app where in he would be able to add or remove users from that app groups.
