Unable to set/edit few thresholds in OEM 13.2.

I am trying to set the thresholds for "Total Disk Utilization across all filesystems) for one of my hosts but there is no pencil icon against it for me to edit.

I have tried both the options - setting from Metric and Threshold Settings and also the All Metrics option (the above screenshot).
