Oracle 11g RAC Database up-gradation to 12c

Hi there,

I am planning to up-grade oracle RAC Database from 11.2.0.4 to 12c 12.2.0.1.

Please help me,  providing tips , tricks and references.

For information, I have already up-graded Grid Infrastructure home to 12c.

For RAC database , will I need to upgrade only from one node Database? As it is RAC Database , I am considering it as a critical up-gradation. It has also Data guard configured.
