I need help for Custom Query for Report "Customer aging 7 bucket report "

I need help for Custom Query for  Report "Customer aging 7 bucket report" the one which I can run on Toad and Power BI As well ,the existing standard  Query has multiple calculations and standard APIs which make it impossible to run as single query in TOAD and Power BI.
