supplier acceptance notification

Hello,

Is there is any remainder notification on supplier acceptance?  We enter due date to accept by supplier if supplier failure to respond within that date will system has capability to reamind them?  if failed within the acceptance date what will happen to PO?

any process document on this can help to define our business process.
