Address number invalid in Work order header P48013

One of my user complained that she is receiving the "Address book Invalid" error while trying to edit the Work order, while her colleague is able to edit and save the work order.

She is able to do this for other work orders but not for a particular set of orders which are created by user from a different company.

The only difference between the orders not triggering error and order triggering error is the Originator number (ANO).
