Add hyperlink in template

We  want to add attachments in rtf template ..the name of the attached file = the value of existing field in our template

we added hyperlink to template with address http://195.120.100.13:8889/forms/java/attach/comp/1.PDF if we add the value static (1.pdf) as in the address it works well but we want to make the value dynamic from the field in the template
