For JDE Linux servers ( ENT,WEB,BSSV,RTE etc) OS patch - what things to be considered from JDE stand

Hi Friends,

Our Linux team has suggested to apply the OS patch on all the existing JDE Oracle Linux servers (ENT,WEB,BSSV,RTE,AIS) to get rid of all possible vulnerabilities & to optimize  servers performance. As part of this activity, I would like to know what all are the checks that needs to be done/considered from JDE CNC standpoint before i give them 'go ahead'. Can someone please help me on this.

Current Server OS Version: Oracle Linux Server release 7.3

Available Latest OS Version for Patch: Oracle Linux Server release 7.7

We are on JDE App release 9.2 and TRs 9.2.2.1
