managed server not able to reach Admin server

Hello

i have a 2 node SOA server ( 11g) which is running on RHEL 7 , we migrated from RHEL 6

copied everything from old server ( kept same host and IP addresses) , the domain home is on shared storage

Admin server and both managed servers are online but it shows health status as blank for managed server on node 2

after selecting managed server its shows ,"unable to reach it"

and on the log i see below error

<BEA-149510> <Unable to establish JMX Connectivity with the Adminstration Server AdminServer at <JMXServiceURL:null>.>

on node 1 it shows connectivity is ok

<BEA-149511> <Established JMX Connectivity with the Adminstration Server AdminServer at service:jmx:t3://soauat-admin:7001/jndi/weblogic.management.mbeanservers.domainruntime.>
