Create Accounting Payables Process Errors

My client is in the process of upgrading from EBS version 12.1.3 to OCI version 12.2.9 (we are currently system testing)

Product: Accounts Payable version 12.2.9

Ran 'Create Accounting' Process. 'Accounting Process' triggered. Completes Status =Error

View Log: contains the following extract:-

Error: 07-APR-2020 10:12:18 - AAD Package XLA_00200_AAD_C_011121_PKG is valid. Ledger Category is PRIMARY.

The application accounting definition Accrual Basis owned by Oracle is not validated.  Please validate the application accounting definition or update the application accounting definitions contained in the subledger accounting method CP SLAM

1.We are not using the seeded Accrual Basis. We have copied the seeded Accrual Basis and amended it. Amended Application Accounting Definition is listed under CP SLAM=Active, Owned=User
