When upgrading AHF to 20.1.1, installer won't do upgrade

in AHF - Autonomous Health Framework (TFA - ORACHK) (MOSC) Question

(First post here... be gentle! )

I tried to upgrade AHF to version 20.1.1 on one of my servers today, but the installer says that it can't do an upgrade - I have to run 'tfactl uninstall'.

I ran that and attempted to do the upgrade again. However, it still gives the same error message, but now I can't run tfactl uninstall (obviously )

I checked the ahf_loc and ahf_data_dir directories, and the content from the previous installation is still there. Do I need to delete these directories?

Any help would be appreciated.
