Does OTM support Spot Bid Tender Response by integration?

Hi,

Our customer is currently using Transporeon for tendering (normal and spot bid), and would like to move this to OTM while keeping Transporeon as a "message integrator". Transporeon will be kept as a message integrator because the carriers don't want to change their transport booking process method with our client.

For the normal tendering process we will send a TenderOffer xml to Transporeon which will communicate this to the carrier, and the carrier will accept/decline using Transporeon which will send a TenderResponse xml to OTM. TenderOffer xml will also be used to withdraw the tender, when selected manually or when the tender times out.
