Why the rebuild is costed in WO when I have the parameter 'Value Rebuild at Zero cost' is checked.

We have the parameter ' Value Rebuild at Zero cost' is checked in EAM Parameter

The sub Inventory, where it is being issued is an 'Expense' type Sub Inventory.

The work order shows the cost. What am i missing here?

Note:  Of course this item has an average cost as we also keep the Brand new item in an 'Asset 'Type Sub Inventory. But we did not issue from this sub inventory
