Hyperion FCM/ARM Table Maps

Does anyone have a source that helps map specific fields within Hyperion FCM/ARM to the tables that hold that data?  I also need this for the FDMEE piece as well.  I have a list of all the tables but the names are very cryptic so it is challenging to figure out which table holds the data I need to build new queries.  Lots of trial and error until I find the table I need.  We are on version 11.1.2.4
