Secondary Ledger type not populated for FA additions

We have D3 ledger types for tax balances in FA module. We have made sure the Annual close for the D3 ledger type balances have been executed. In the current FISCAL year for any new additions to FA by posting a JE is not updating or populating the D3 Ledger balances. On the contrary, when we run GL to FA post program in the FA master, cost summary, D3 balances are populated. But, no D3 ledger type balances are updated in F0902 cos object code. Only AA ledger type balances are populated.

What is the fix to have D3 Balances updated in F0902.
