How to enable bi-weekly Recurring Journal Entries (F0912)

How can we create bi-weekly recurring journal entries?

Value BW (Bi-weekly) is present in UDCs (H00/RF) which is used by GL, AP, and AR.  (see Processing Recurring Invoices Doc ID 1466797.1)

However, the field is not listed in Overview of Recurring Journal Entries (Doc ID 1464963.1)

In Edit/Create Recurring Journal Entries (P0912 Form W0912D), the list of values for Recur Frequency references UDC (H00/RF).

When we drill into an entry (P0912 Form W0912A), however, the list of values for Recur Frequency looks to UDC (09/RQ).  So we added value BW to UDC (09/RQ)

When we try to add a Recurring Journal Entry with Recur Frequency BW, we get hard error:  "Data Dictionary Values. CAUSE: The value entered in this field does not match any of the valid values specified in the Data Dictionary. "
