Do I need to create guaranteed restore point on standby also prior to database upgrade?

Hi

Oracle 12.1.0.2.0

Planning on upgrading 12.1 RAC with standby to 19.6

I will upgrade via dbua. I know that with dbua wizard, there is an option that it will create guaranteed restore point on primary (so primary needs to be in flashback_on mode). But there is no such option, that it will create it on standby.

But if I have standby also present, do I need to create the guaranteed restore point also on standby..?

If YES, then, on standby, do I need to create guaranteed restore point before doing it on primary or after..? Or it does not matter..?
