Tools Release Hierarcy for 9.96

I am looking at a legacy system with the tools as 8.96.H1. The plan is to move it off I-series onto Windows. To do this is needs to be a certain tools release level.

Can someone help with a Tools hierarchy for 8.96. I want to establish where 8.96.H1 sit. I assume it is before 8.96.3.3  but what is the relationship to 8.96.1?
