Looking for solution to Problem:Rman is failing everyday at the validation process with error ORA-03

Rman is failing everyday at the validation process, need to do some research, 

may need to open up a case with Oracle, when rman validation fail, 

there is a oracle dump error in the alert log at the same time.

exact error message:
