Financial eBS customers use of Property Management for leases

Hello,

I watched Cliff Godwin's webcast on the Enterprise Command Center and this was mentioned. "If you're just a customer financials, you're entitled to use some functionality from our Property Manager application that supports all of that accounting"

Can someone please point me to the documentation that discusses this?
