R12 Supplier site record history updating for multiple supplier sites

Hi,

We're in the process of upgrading to Oracle 12.2.7. We notice in testing when updating a specific supplier site, the last updated columns are updating  for that site and other sites that weren't updated.

Not sure why this is happening. Has anyone noticed this before?
