Pinrel is creating new usage item

Hi,

I have a situation. Pinrel is creating new usage item while processing cdr, instead of updating the existing item. What can possibly be the cause?

Let say for service_obj_id0 30294623583 it already has a usage item_obj_id0 322869423547332559. However, when pinrel trying to load one call data record into BRM for this service, pinrel created a new usage item_obj_id0 322887015743844312, instead of loading the usage into existing item_obj_id0 322869423547332559.
