How do you receive information regarding ODA Alerts? a request for feedback

   One problem that concerns us in support is if the ODA community is receiving critical information regarding ALERTS (and also reviewing the KNOWN ISSUEs found in the release notes).

A relatively small but significant number of SRs could have been avoided if this information had been discovered earlier by the user. Often the problem is discovered during the upgrade process.

It would be helpful to know if this type of information could be improved on either on how it is published, where it is published, how easy it is to find the information, how easy to implement solutions....etc.
If you have some ideas to improve this process that makes it easier or better for you and end users could you please add your feedback in this thread?
