Forms not opening in IE 11

Dear All

We are moving our desktops from Windows 7 to Windows 10 for our client

AS part of that we have applied patches which makes EBS compatible for IE 11

We are on EBS R12.1.3

We followed below document and also upgraded Java to 1.8.0_201

R12: Recommended Browsers for Oracle E-Business Suite (Doc ID 389422.1)

Now , we are unable to launch forms , there is no pop-ups coming to install Java

We un-installed java and again tried . No luck .

We opened Form launcher URL directly , no luck . ( url http://<domain>/<port>/forms/frmservlet

We had to download java manually by using http://<domain>/<port>/OA_HTML/oaj2se.exe url and then install .
