R09801 runs for failed records when we enable auto post in R04110ZA

Hi,

We are seeing GL voucher posting jobs even for the transactions that error out.  There are transactions in F0411Z1 and F0911Z1 for document type PL. Also, GL auto-post has been enabled for this report R04110ZA. Irrespective of the transactions that failed the report R09801 runs for all the transactions which are even attempted to F0411 and F0911. I don't understand the logic why it runs for the transactions that were not yet moved to standard tables. Also, I see R04110ZA is under process until R09801 completes fully. It works on scheduler in our case so It gets jobs queued for
