P6 Professional v15.1 : Database Server Error ORA-00001 Violation Constraint ADMUSER.PK_UACCESS

Hello,

Non Admin users are unable to login into Primavera P6 Professional P6v15.1

I have tried to rebuild OBSPROJ but no luck

WBS hierarchy was explored. It would be nice if you can provide your assistance.

For user ID XXX it shows that Project ID YYYY Access FLAG is set to N

Below is the analysis for additional user ids ( adding additional condition that the parent_wbs_id is null ) 266 271 224 223 214 300 289 292 252 294 283 263 282 256 274 219 302 288 291 297 195 296 218 293 287 201 276 286 216 277 265
