Automatic Barcode reading in Capture 12c

Hi,

I've a Capture profile which is having a field called Barcode_No, i want to capture the Barcode value via script (which is at 2nd page of every batch document) at recognition level  and assign the value to my profile field. How i can do that? Any leads will be appreciated.
