FDMEE Service wouldn't start - JPS01050 Error

Good day to everyone!

We are running FDMEE 11.1.2.4.220 on WIN2012 OS. We are having trouble starting FDMEE service after a recent uninstall & re-install/re-config of FDMEE instance and the log entries point to the below error. All the other services come up just fine. We've tried all the articles available in KB but can't get to resolve this issue. Any help/pointers from the community would be much appreciated.
