Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

what is the difference between leases in fixed assets module and equipment leases in property manager module.

Also, does the new IFRS compliance moved to leases in fixed assets or it is just implemented for property manager only.

we are looking for a solution to handle leasing assets for a period of time then the ownership may or may not transferred to the company
