Moving Inventory Organization from One OU to another OU

We have a requirement to Move the Inventory Organization from One Operating Unit (Ledger 1) to another Operating unit (Ledger 2). What are all activities need to be considered with respect to Fixed Assets Module. Kindly please advise. thanks.
