Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Duplicate entries in Worklist

Hi,

In the Worklist of an approver, we see duplicate rows for WorkItem 'Approval Escalation' for same document.

But, date is different for both.

When any transaction is escalated, it removes earlier entry and adds new row for escalated transaction.

Please suggest why this is happening?
