What is the latest version of StorageTek that is available for download and installation?

Hello --

About a year and a half ago I went through the process of installing the StorageTek 2.3 application. The installation was successfully completed, but to my dismay I discovered there was a 'bug'

in the program. The configuration that we have in place is a dual library system with multiple trays on each library. The StorageTek software was unable to recognize the additional trays within

either library. I reported this problem to Oracle, and it was acknowledged the flaw was apparent.

I was told Oracle development would look into this issue, but I never heard back from the group. This morning, the service request that I had opened on this issue was closed. I wanted to inquire
