list of running services and open ports/protocols?

I need to document a list of running services, and a list of open ports and protocols for our security group.

I've been scrolling through some documentation and am not finding an easy way to get this.

I think I could reference the system-access-list, but I would have to go into each one and gather the information. I also believe that will only give me the port/protocol.

Is there an easier command for port/protocol?

Is there a command to see what services are running?
