Unable to add New Expense Type to New Expense Type Category Peoplesoft

Hi All,

I had an issue while adding newly added expense type to new Expense Type category in my peoplesoft GL. Even though both effective date already align. I keep getting messages that said the effective date is invalid.  Below is the capture of the new Expense type category I'm about to add and the newly added Expense type.

Have anyone experienced it?

Really need help for this as my users need to add this new category. Really appreciate if anyone can help me with any kind of feedback .
