Oracle 12.2 application features with respect to Country of Origin

Hello, We are currently on12.1.3 and will be upgrading to 12.2 in the near future. Can someone provide links/white paper regarding any solution Oracle has come up with for Country Of Origin and capturing it at the source for both Manufactured items and Purchased items ?
