Import supplier with attachment

Hello,

can we able to import attachment along with supplier record?  we are utilizing oracle HUB to integrate to external system and wanted to know capability to import attachment along with supplier record.  As SLM implementation guide doesnt talk about importing attachment too.  Do we have any documentation to import of attachments?
