What are companies uses to have employees acknowledge getting a electronic pay statement?

Just wandering what companies are doing to have employees acknowledge that they are agreeing to electronic pay statement.  We have some states that you have to have record that they agreed to it.  We currently have a modification to the classic direct deposit page but are wanting to get rid of that mod and use the delivered onboarding.
