Strategy upgrade from 12.2 to 19c on Exadata

Hello ,

We should upgrade almost 100 applications from version 12.2 to version 19c on Exadata.

This is an on-site upgrade.

These 100 applications to upgrade is a mixture of critical and non-critical applications, in archivelog and noarchivelog, with and without software (SAP, HR ACCESS, ...),

with and without restitution and loading tools (BO, DataStage, INFORMATICA, ...) and with varying complexity from one application to another.

With which applications should you start for the upgrade to 19c?
