how to reuse Contract Deviation Report ?

in Lease and Finance Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

Is there any way we can attach "Contract Deviation Report" instead of "Contract Terms Template" within PO output for communication ? Aim is to let the approvers and vendor know the specific changes made in the contract terms,
