Upgrade of current Siebel 8.1.1.11 to latest Siebel IP2019

We are planning to upgrade our current siebel 8.1.1.11 environment to Siebel IP 2019 version. Please guide me the right approach to follow to complete this.

Any documentation would be helpful.
