Seeing the source host name in the tools home tnsnames.ora after cloning

We just cloned our ebs 12.1.3 environment. The OS is RHEL 7.5. After cloning we are getting the source host name in the /ebsapp/ALFA/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/network/admin/tnsnames.ora file, it should be the target host name. Where might be the problem ?
